Newsletter not published or not accessible 11 years 2 months ago #1141

You have dealt with this issues before for someone else on j2.5.6. The fix was to update Joomla. There has now been 2 updates but I am still experiencing it on several websites.

I have followed all the TS stuff you posted before. It makes no difference what Newsletter I choose. I have created many test NL's. All was working until the Joomla update.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Even SuperUser gets this message.

And I have been searching the Net for this error and have found several websites with the same error.

Also, it is not working with the sample newsletters

DEV - I have been waiting 3 months for you to help me with this issue. I can not enable the frontend Newsletter signup until it is fixed.

I am including screen captures of everything I can think of as relevant. If you need something else, please ask. I really need to get this working.

Hi theyinyanggroup,

I'm really sorry for my very very late response, but I saw your message just in these days ...
The problem is a bit strange because your configuration seems to be corrected. Can you try to activate JINC Debug Log Level in JINC Options and upload here the JINC log file obtained just after you'll get the error?

I have copied the site to my test server and have created an Admin account for you which should be easier. Where would you like the account details sent?
