Let me start by saying that I've never found an online newsletter platform that's both complete AND easy to use the same way that JINC is -- and I've looked everywhere (Drupal, Wordpress, stand-alone, etc.). So congratulations!
 
The bug I found is related to loading message templates when composing new messages. So far, I've only found this problem when using JCE (works fine with TinyMCE, but I prefer to use JCE). When loading the template, the template body does not load within the body area. When the rich text is turned on, it just populates the field with "response.body", and when the rich text is turned off, nothing shows up.
 
I've tried this with JCE 2.0.1 - 2.0.3, but the bug persists on each one. Also, I'm using JINC 0.8.2. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

first of all thanks for your congratulations ... I'm happy to hear you use JINC with satisfaction.
Then ... I already solved a similar problem about the cooperation between JINC and JCE when last JCE version was 1.5.7 ... I guess JCE 2.0.x introduced a similar problem ... I'm going to analyze the problem and (I hope) to solve it.

as I suspected the problem was very similar to one I solved with JCE 1.5.7 ... and I solved it in a similar way. So I need only to know what Joomla! version your are using (1.5 or 1.6 ?) in order to post the solution for you target environment.

here is the instructions to solve the problem.
First of all locate this file and backup it
<JOOMLA_PATH>/administrator/components/com_jinc/views/message/tmpl/edit.php
then substitute it with the file you'll find inside the zip file I attach to this post.
Let me know if the instructions are clear and if the patch solve the problem.
